At CAM, we deliver products designed to meet all customer-stated criteria to your specific requirement. Our design process is not completed until we have achieved engineering signoff to the appropriate Quality Criteria, including Engineering Calculation and Producer Statements. As such, our guarantees of product longevity and performance are assured because our designs meet all recognised regulatory and compliance criteria, as defined by local Government.

As with all “physical product” guarantees, today’s global business community leads to an inevitable chain of “back to back” agreements, whereby our guarantee to you is reliant upon our materials supplier’s guarantee to us, which is in turn reliant on their suppliers’ guarantee, and so on. We believe that guarantees of this nature are very important, because they limit both our customers’ and our own exposure to the effects of any under-performing products, providing an assurance that all reasonable costs will be borne by the “link” in the chain that has caused the issue. Of course, we provide such guarantees on the operation and longevity of all of our products. We feel, however, that there is room for us to offer more.

Product Guarantees do not become particularly useful until the product in question has been installed and an opportunity has been taken to test that its performance is sufficient for the task. This leaves a significant “gap” in the assurances provided, encompassing initial contact, design, price provision and manufacture.

Our workmanship will undergo vigorous testing throughout the manufacturing process, in line with our TQS2 Quality Control Certification, to ensure wherever possible that any faulty and defective material or workmanship is discovered and remedied prior to transportation and installation.
